Misty Cove owner Andrew (aka Mister Misty Cove) only releases his “Signature” range when the vintage has been good enough and he feels the wine offers that little bit extra. From single vineyard sites and produced in small batches, it’s their flagship range and Andrew’s pride and joy!
The Signature range was previously all exported off shore (often to top Michelen Star restaurants in Europe!) but they’ve recently started releasing their full Signature range into Aotearoa, including their 2015 Riesling from their Rapaura vineyard in Marlborough.
A mouth-wateringly juicy style Riesling full of those typical citrus flavours like lemons and limes. An ideal pre-dinner tipple (serve it chilled) or paired up with sweet or spicy Asian cuisine, especially white meats like chicken and pork.
