La Crema Monterey Pinot Noir

Monterey County in central California. Sixteen thousand hectares, 85 wineries, a 250 year old tree, a top whale watching spot and home of one of the world’s most famous golf courses. Clint Eastwood even used to be mayor in one of it’s towns!

The guys at La Crema reckon you can taste Monterey in each sip. What can we expect then? “Smooth and elegant. Bright and exotic. Fresh. Spicy. And just a little wild.”

It’s a cool climate region and especially well suited for producing awesome Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Rich, ripe red berry fruit flavours and a sweety, spicy finish. A great example of Pinot from this part of the world.

Try pairing with meats like spicy sausage – or for vegetarians try a wild mushroom risotto with peppers.
