Not to be confused with “Tirer La Châsse” (which means to flush the toilet!) this “La Châsse” is actually named after a historic chest holding treasures from 14th century French monks.
Rosé from this part of the world is a bit of a hidden treasure for many Rosé drinkers in NZ and if that includes you we highly recommend giving this style a whirl. It’s elegant, refreshing and dry – a lightly fruity wine with a touch of spice.
