What started out as a rabbit infested block of dirt back in 1997 has become one of Central Otago’s shining stars. Speaking of stars, and the sun and the light you might be wondering how they came up with “Last Light Riesling”? Well the fruit comes from a vineyard that sits at the bottom of a hill where the sun’s last rays lingering and helping produce fruit that ripens slowly, giving plenty of intense flavours.
Loads of bright, zingy citrus fruit flavours, like lemons and limes, with a dry finish. Serve nicely chilled as a pre-dinner tipple or pair with chicken, fish or salad dishes. Drink now to 2020.
