Read the FAQ’s below for more important info. Please remember drinking wine is enjoyable, but not when you over do it. Please be safe, drink responsibly and look after your friends and family.

Are you open for business?

Yes we are open during all Covid-19 Alert Levels 1-4. The Government has allowed for the “Off-licence holders whose license enables them to sell and deliver alcohol remotely can do so through contactless delivery. .” (Covid19.govt.nz). We are an online only business, with no bricks and mortar store, and endorsed under Section 40 (Remote Sale) of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

Are there any limits?

Currently there are no limits in place.

Who will deliver my order?

Our mates at NZ Couriers are delivering during all Covid-19 Alert Levels and all deliveries will be “contactless.” We are an online only business – there is NO pick-up option. Everything is delivered via courier, no exceptions.

How does contactless delivery work?

New Zealand Couriers deliveries will be ‘Contact-less’- and receivers will not be expected to touch courier scanners to ‘sign on glass’.

There are valid concerns over courier deliveries and pickups that involve some level of human contact e.g. handling of the scanner when signing for a parcel.

Our couriers will knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as possible).
They will ask for the recipient’s name (to record proof of delivery) and leave the parcel on the ground in front of the receiver. The person receiving the parcel will not sign for the delivery directly.
The tracking information on the NZ Couriers website will display a clearly typed recipient’s name as well as the signature image reading CV-19 (all entered by the courier).
If no one comes to the door the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave a card to call and return the parcel to our depot.
