The guys at Veuve Laperriere in France’s Loire Valley made no mistake in making sure you know this is a Rose style bubbles with its blindingly bright pink label and the vibrantly, fruity bubbly hiding behind it!
This label follows in the footsteps of the popular Veuve Laperriere Blanc de Blancs Brut which was a massive hit as soon as it hit NZ’s shores (one critic called it "A fabulous alternative to Champagne"). It certainly looks and tastes the part of a bubbly you’d happily shell out over $20 and over for and we just can’t help but think this is such a good wine for a ladies high tea party!
A light, refreshingly fruity style with a dry finish. If there’s a sweet tart in the house (as in the dessert) pair it with this! Or any of your other yummy scrummy cakes, muffins and fruity tarts.
