The new 2011 vintage of this Reserve Hawkes Bay Chardy, from New Zealand's oldest winery, has rolled into town. Watch this space it's only a matter of time before it does the business at a wine show or tasting (both the 2009 and 2010 vintages were Gold medal winners too).

Wine wankers would say it has a lovely creamy texture, soft tropical fruit and touch of toasty oak. We say it’s got dinner parties written all over it and goes brilliantly with seafood and white meat dishes.

Wander into any wine shop and you’ll pay around $25. It's worth every penny but our deal saves you a sweet fiver off that price.
