Blending red and white wine - who would've though! But this 2009 Shiraz Viognier from South Australia is 95% big, lush, ripe Shiraz and just a 5% splash of aromatic Viognier to soften it out a bit. The result is stunning!

You'll fully enjoy slipping comfortably back into your couch with a glass of this winter warmer - but try it with a lamb roast or mature cheeses to really bring Johnny Q to life.
