Paul Jaboulet Aine (or 'PJA' if you're like us and try to steer clear of mispronouncing French!) is recognised worldwide as a top class producer of French wines.

This is a blend of 80% soft, juicy Grenache and 20% Syrah, known as Shiraz in Australia and many other countries. The grapes have come from 35 year old vines in the southern part of the Rhone Valley, home of great spicy, heart-warming red wines.

"Les Traverses" is the name given to the wall that protects soil erosion in the area.

Match it with steak, beef casseroles or even pork.
