Probably some of Dick's best label artwork yet! It displays Dick Frizzell's iconic "The Lyrics" artwork featuring the words of the Haka.

Make sure you’ve got a few bottles on hand when the ABs are on the box so you can belt out the lyrics with confidence!

The wine itself could not be more patriotic, coming from the Hawkes Bay, New Zealand’s oldest wine region, and star producer of Cabernet based wines.

Made for Dick by Rod McDonald (winner of the prestigious award for New Zealand Winemaker of the Year) with already some decent bottle age this 2007 Cabernet Merlot Franc is full bodied, rich, silky smooth with a dry finish. Sam Kim’s wine Orbit publication rated it 5 stars, 93/100 and said “it’s plump, fleshy and simply delicious”.

Excellent with beef, lamb, grilled veal, or with good company and a good game of rugby on the telly.
