This organic red (that has "E" written all over it) is 80% Tempranillo and 20% Mourvedre (also called Monastrell in Spain).

The Tempranillo grape (pronounced temp-ra-knee-oh) is Spain's pride and joy when it comes to wine. It's full of soft, berry fruits and with low tannins and acid it's a style of red that makes great easy drinking.

It's also really versatile when it comes to food. Do what the Spaniards would and try it with Chorizo sausage or dry, cured ham, or even roast lamb.
