Just to prove how consistent this wine is it’s just picked up Trophy for Champion Sparkling Wine at the 2011 Spiegelau International Wine Competition, this is right off the heels of the Trophy for Champion Bottle Fermented wine at the Liquorland International Wine Competition in 2010. And, if you recall, two years prior it took out Trophy for best Methode at the Royal Easter Wine Show. That’s what we call the Trophy hat-trick!
