They call it "the little rascal". That's what Arneis (pronounced '
ar-nayz') is known in it's home of northern Italy because it's a tricky little grape to grow.
Coopers Creek were one of the first to give it a go here in NZ with pretty awesome results. This 2008 vintage has picked up a handful of awards including Trophy & Gold at the 2008 International Aromatic Wine Competition.
