The 2007 vintage was a cracker down in The Bay and this straight Cab Sauv from Coopers Creek has scooped a Gold medal and 4 Stars & Best Buy Cuisine rating, as well as a handful of Silver medals too.
Medium bodied, dry, and up the alley of a good French Bordeaux style. A top example of how good reds can be from this part of Hawke's Bay. A great partner to red meat and pasta dishes.
