- Kick arse Kiwi bubbles from the world famous Cloudy Bay!
- Methode Traditionelle (made in the same style as French Champagne)
Pelorus is the bubbles produced by Cloudy Bay - the guys that helped put NZ on the world wine map. This is Methode Traditionelle so it's made in the same way as Champagne but for a fraction of the cost (and it's made in NZ, which we always love).
Pelorus Jack was the name of a famous dolphin that followed ships between Wellington and Nelson around the early 1900's. He was also the world's first Dolphin to be protected by law. That considered, and having a Cloudy Bay wine named after you, must make you one of the most famous Dolphins ever in our books, after Flipper of course.
This classy wine is also freakin' delicious and we fully recommend keeping a few bottles stashed away for the next cause to celebrate!
