A Mediterranean beauty! Made predominantly of the grape type Verdil, from Valencia on Spain's eastern coastline, which almost completely vanished in the mid-90s. Adventurous winemakers like the ones at Bodegas Enguera have re-ignited it with wines like this wonder.

A blend of 70% Verdil, 10% Chardonnay, 10% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Viognier. A refreshingly different style white!

It's a smorgasbord of white wine varieties. It's got the full, slightly oak influenced and rich body (think Chardonnay and Viognier), tropical fruits and plenty of acidity and mineral characters (think Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling). There's something there for everyone, true buffet style!

You won't find a wine like it anywhere else in the world. Totally unique, totally brilliant!

This will match wonderfully with classic mediterranean cuisine - seafood, fish, oeuvres and light rice dishes.
