Don’t just think of Prosecco as the Italian sparkling destined for the famous Italian Bellini cocktail (Prosecco and peach puree). Prosecco has exploded in popularity over the last couple of years as a cheap alternative to Champagne. We’d go as far as to say this stuff is better than some of the extremely average bubbles that often gets passed off as a cheap alternative to Champagne.

Made in a frizzante style – that means it’s not fully sparkling like Champagne but soft, light and refreshingly dry. Great on its own and perfect to take a bottles to two to the next house party you crash.
